Purchase and Delivery Policy
What forms of payment can I make for purchasing products?
There are 2 methods of paying. They are as follows:
- Payments online via AudioTherapy.co.uk. We accept most debit and credit cards. Orders are placed online via our secure merchant host WorldPay.
- Paying by cheque or postal order.
Instead of using credit or debit card for payment, you can always pay by cheque or postal order. All cheques/postal orders must be made payable to ‘Angela Jullings’ and sent to the address below. Upon cashing your cheque we will dispatch your goods.

Please note: All cheques must be in British Pound Sterling. If you live outside the UK please send postal orders or bankers drafts in £s sterling only, otherwise your cheque will be returned to you. On the back of your cheque, please print your name and your delivery address. Please also supply a written list of the goods you are purchasing. Titles of goods can be found on the website. Be sure to include your name, delivery address and telephone number on all correspondence.
You can also email us at orders@audiotherapy.co.uk with your order details prior to sending your cheque. Please note only CDs can be purchased using cheque or postal order. Downloads are only available if purchased online using credit or debit cards.
How do I know my card details and personal information will be safe if I purchase goods online?
You can be assured that your card details and personal information whilst placing an order remain secure as we use WorldPay, our secure merchant bank for secure online payment processing. Please see our security statement and privacy policy.
When will I receive my order?
Downloads are available immediately from the site after you’ve made payment for your purchases. We will ship all non-downloadable items within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt, if not sooner. You will receive confirmation of your order immediately after placement. Your products will be suitably and securely packaged before being mailed to you. Delivery times will vary depending on your location – in the UK your order will usually arrive within 1-6 days, Europe in 2-7 days, USA in 4-8 days and outside these zones, 5-10 days. Whilst every effort will be made to get your order to you as promptly as possible, we regret that we are unable to guarantee that delivery will be made by a certain date.
How will I receive my downloads/MP3s?
After purchasing your downloads, you will be sent a receipt by email providing you with a link to click on as well as a download key reference number. This will take you through to Your Account area of the site where you click on the download key link. Your files will be downloaded, probably to your desktop, as a Sitx file which is a compressed file using Stuffit. All downloaded files are compressed by AudioTherapy.co.uk using a Stuffit file compression programme. To view your MP3 files simply double click on the downloaded icon and your files will be revealed. Note: Windows users may find right clicking more convenient. Decompression programmes such as Stuffit Expander are readily available free of charge on the internet if you haven't already got them installed.
How is postage charged?
Postage is added to your purchases online when you checkout. We use UK Royal Mail postage fees to calculate the postage for you. The more products purchased by you, the cheaper the postage becomes per item. Also, if you purchase 6 CDs or more, postage is free, worldwide. Please note, this discount does not include downloads. Also included in the postage fee is the packaging, which is kept to a minimum, for environmental reasons as well as financial.
Why is the price of a CD slightly higher than that of a download?
Producing a CD, along with the CD casing, packaging and the printing involved, increases the price of purchase, whereas, with a download purchase the fees are kept to a minimum, benefiting your pocket. Please remember that by purchasing a download, it is the greener and more environmentally friendly option.
Delivery of Product
You will receive confirmation of your order soon after placement. Your products will be suitably and securely packaged before being mailed to you.
