AudioTherapy.co.uk’s Product Guarantee & Refund Policy
Our aim is to provide you with a professional and top quality service and product. The recordings produced by Angela Jullings are designed to help you achieve your goal with the use of your unconscious mind. The hypnotic recordings are best listened to on stereo headphones and are NOT to be used whilst driving or operating machinery. The subliminal recordings are also best listened to through stereo headphones but can be listened to anywhere, at anytime, without headphones. Each CD order is shipped in either a sealed jiffy bag or cardboard box and comes with a set of instructions for use.
Each downloadable recording comes with instructions for use attached as a zip.
As we are all individual, these recordings may be more advantageous to some users than others and the length of time in which you may notice the benefits may vary for each person.
Returns policy:
CD purchases: If in the unlikely event your CD does not arrive in good condition, please return it immediately to our Orders Department along with the original receipt, a note explaining what is damaged and we will replace it. Such items must be reported to our Orders Department within 14 days of placing your order and returned to us in secure packaging. Please return faulty goods via normal surface mail (e.g. UK first class post) or in the case of countries other than the UK, normal airmail, and the cost of the postage/shipping will be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage for items sent by special means, e.g. special delivery, priority mail, registered post, courier, recorded delivery, etc. On receipt of the returned faulty CD we will issue another CD or offer you a download as a replacement, whichever is preferable for you. No refunds will be made for faulty CDs but we will replace your CD.
Download purchases: If you have a problem with downloading your purchased goods, please email us immediately at orders@audiotherapy.co.uk You have 3 attempts at downloading your goods. However, if there is a problem with downloading, we will work with you to put this right so that you receive your product as soon as possible. Your downloads should arrive in good audible condition. Your download will also include instructions for use as a zipped file.
Refund policy:
We are very keen that you are pleased with your product and hope it arrives in good condition, therefore, if it doesn’t, we offer a replacement of faulty goods, as above. We do not offer refunds on audio downloads for protection of copyright purposes. However, refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
Cancellation of CD orders and refunds: A full refund will only apply if you cancel your CD order within 7 working days of receiving your CD. Written notice of cancellation must be given to us by you within 7 working days after you've received your CD. However, for the protection of copyright, only CDs which are returned with the original unbroken seal will qualify for a full refund. In these circumstances the customer cancelling their order will pay for the cost of returning the CDs and AudioTherapy.co.uk will not refund the return postage costs. On receipt by us of the returned, unopened and undamaged CDs, AudioTherapy.co.uk will refund the cost of the original order, less the original postage.
